In the United States it is estimated that 1 in 10 children and adolescents suffer from behavioral or emotional problems severe enough to cause some level of impairment. Child and adolescent problems are real and can often be prevented or managed with effective support and treatment. Many families are not aware of or have difficulty obtaining the services and supports that are available to help manage the behavioral and emotional needs of their children. Others do not fully understand the problems of their children and do not obtain appropriate or adequate services. Some families are overburdened by their many responsibilities that they cannot advocate or coordinate the care.
Caring Touch Social Workers, LLC has been founded to meet the needs of those we serve both as a preventive measure and a treatment intervention. We are an innovative agency devoted to providing unique, individualized services, tailored to the needs of our clients. Our specialization is at-risk children and adolescents, while we have the capacity and expertise to support clients with a wide range of needs.

Our goal is to meet the needs of individuals seeking support in facing life's challenges, overcoming barriers, and achieving optimal success.
Our concept has originated from the many needs and lack of comprehensive services that are available to individuals and families facing issues such as mental health, behavioral health, and child and adolescent challenges.

Our Founder
Kevin Masturzo graduated with his Master Degree in Social Work from Temple University in 2003. He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker [LCSW], a certified Home & School Visitor, and an active member and ethics consultant with the National Association of Social Workers. He has 12 years of experience working in social services; 10 of those years have been in mental health. Mr. Masturzo is experienced in child and adolescent behavioral and developmental issues, adult and geriatric mental health, adult and geriatric developmental challenges, school social work, adoption and foster care, geriatric nursing home and rehabilitation, and crisis response, intervention, and management. He is a certified American Red Cross First Aide and CPR instructor, Certified Child Welfare Trainer, Certified in Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, and completed the Certificate Series in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy thru the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Psychology is the study of human mental processes and behavior. Practitioners generally provide psychotherapy to clients, administer psychological assessments, and diagnose client disorders.
Professional Counseling focuses on helping people with personal, family, educational, career issues through individual, couples, family, or group therapy. In general, counselors are not as focused on research and testing as psychologists, and are more concerned with individuals than with social conditions and systems.
Social Workers are dedicated to helping people resolve problems in their daily lives. This may include direct help in the form of counseling and referral to resources or advocacy issues and working to change both individuals and systems that affect them.
